oh oh THAT sounds awesome :) you have to get it in some session and shoot it so that I can see it :) i collect a lot of this stuff, my mainly focus are human skulls though. gonna post more images later on :)
from various places, mostly off auctions etc. they are most of the time ex-teaching skulls from institutions etc... I'm gonna make sure to show atleast you a picture of my collection ;) oh so looking forward to see that :) I hope you have a good day aswell
you MUST shoot it! i want to see it on you :p (this is Bonnie, Amore de Mori btw)
i love your collection :) i love weird things in jars, esp cross sections of animals. i dont have any myself as i would be too worried about my cats knocking them over. mind you cats and taxidermy dont mix too well either lol
and thanx, glad u like it. this is just a tiny part of my collection :) I actually have a taxidermy cat, it's more of some african cat though... looks almost like a ozelot. But I think you should start collect stuff like that, I dont think your cat will ruin it for you...
These are great! I'd like to know what the mask at the bottom is. I have a couple of small skulls, (a mink and skunk, I think) but my main curio shelf is for large beetles and a few Victorian medicine bottles.
the mask is a kapala mask made out of a human skull, or more precise, the top of the human skull. It's from Tibet :) oh bugs! I love insects etc aswell. have som dead one and some live ones... will post some images of my pets ;) do you have images of your collection?
